Usage ❏ Particle (= topic marker= 조사) ❏ N + 은/는: '은/는' attaches after a noun, and 은/는 indicates that the preceding noun is the topic of the sentence. 3. Explanation 1) 미소: 저는 김미소예요. (저 + 는: 저=주제.)    2) 미소: 제 직업은 선생님이에요. (직업 + 은: 직업=주제.) (English) 1) Miso: I am Kim Miso. 2) Miso: My occupation is a teacher. 4. Combination of information ❏ It attaches after a noun. 1) Final Consonant O: -은            - 학생  + 은  → 학생은 2) Final Consonant X: -는          -  가수 + 는 → 가수는 (※ 학생 = student, 가수 = singer) 5.
